DESIGN GUIDELINES
NURA is an innovative housing subdivision that treads lightly on its landscape while amplifying an architectural harmony anchored by sustainable qualities. To help establish and guide a conversation that may lead to the formulation of ideas for your sea change, a collection of suggested architectural studios has been compiled. Unified by their adoption of a philosophy and aesthetic aligned with Neometro’s design focused intents, the following architects have been introduced to NURA’s unique coastal location and context and are happy to begin a dialogue. However, you are not limited to their engagement and welcome to introduce any preferred architect.

WOLVERIDGE ARCHITECTS
Wolveridge Architects grew up in the playground of the Mornington Peninsula. Its principal, Jerry Wolveridge was born here. Projects designed by the practice are specific to the site and the local context. With rigour, Wolveridge Architects analyse and test the conditions that impact a piece of land to give the design its best chance of success. That is, an enjoyable and practical home for living in.
